About Us

Our Mission

The mission of the Monaville Volunteer Fire Department is to save lives, protect property, guard the environment, and respond to the needs of our community.

Provide aid to neighboring fire departments and their communities.

We volunteer with consideration, commitment, and bravery in an atmosphere that embraces diversity, inspires personal development, and supports continual improvement.

Our Core Values

Integrity-Teamwork-Accountability-Compassion-Respect-Courage-Devotion

For over 39 years, the Monaville Volunteer Fire Department has been privileged to serve our community.  What began in 1979 has grown and evolved into an organization serving a population of Waller County of more than 50,000 residents.  This is an exceptional department that is proud to serve this community.

The men and women who make up this department are your neighbors, friends, and relatives, and they are actively involved in the community to make this area a better place to work and live.  We remain committed to providing the highest level of fire education, fire suppression, and rescue services to our citizens, visitors, and businesses alike, while being as efficient as possible with your tax dollars.
